Buffet: Selection of cereals and Scots porridge oats, fruit salad; yoghourts, selection of cheeses.
Cooked breakfast: Bacon, sausage, black pudding, tomato, mushrooms and eggs (any way you like them). Served with breakfast tea, herbal teas, coffee or hot chocolate. White or brown toast with a selection of jams and marmalades.
