Terms & Conditions
Reservations
All reservations require a Credit or Debit Card guarantee to be given at the time of booking. Your credit card details are not kept in any form and are securely deleted after the booking is confirmed. A deposit of 50% is required for bookings of 3 days or more.
Arrival and Check Out
Rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the arrival date. Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 7.00 pm. You are requested to vacate your room by 10.00 am on the day of departure. If you require more detailed directions to the hotel, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please do so by 12.00 noon on arrival date. If you cancel a guaranteed reservation after 12 noon on the arrival date, or fail to arrive, you will be charged for one night’s accommodation per room booked. If you have booked for consecutive nights and need to cancel the final night, you must cancel the room by 12.00 noon on the final day. Your room is reserved up to 4.00 pm on the arrival date.
Family Room
Our family room comprises one double bed and two bunk beds. It has a sea view and en suite facilities.
No Smoking
The Braeval Hotel is entirely no smoking. A sheltered, heated smoking area is provided at the front of the hotel.
Access
Unfortunately, all our hotel bedrooms are accessed via a flight of stairs with no lift. However, the Lounge Bar and Restaurant are accessible to wheelchair users. There is currently no disabled toilet.
Dinner Supplement
The dinner supplement consists of an excellent and varied 3 course Table D’Hote Meal served in the hotel’s Bandstand Restaurant. The dinner supplement is £20.00 per person per meal.
